Jessie was born and raised in Guiguinto, Bulacan, Philippines.  A business graduate from the University of the East. After graduation,  she worked for San Sebastian Collage until she migrated in the US in 1975.  She and Pete, an Engineer from Sta Rosa, Nueva Ecija married in 1981 and had three daughters. Joyce, Johanna and Jaclyn.

Jessie’s first job in the US was with Broadcast Communications Devices, Inc as a bookkeeper ultimately as Controller. In 1985 she worked for Systems Integrated a Defense Contractor also as Controller .  As their family grows, Jessie decided to have control of her time for the sake of their children.  In  April1989,  she started Ilderosa Enterprises, Incorporated a real estate related company in their garage in Yorba Linda doing loans. Pete passed his real estate salespersons license then ultimately became the broker of record. Jessie challenged the Broker exam and became one in 1995.  This opens an even greater opportunity as the husband and wife team at the urging of their mentor Ramon Alcaraz who became their first broker of record prior to Pete’s passing the license, to invest in real estate. Through the years they build up their real estate portfolio. “Buying one piece of real estate every year they were married.” While Pete maintained a full time employment as Systems Analyst at FHP then at United Airlines where he retired in 2009, Jessie runs their business and maintains their real estate portfolio. They bought their current office at the Yorba Linda Town Center in 1998.
